Dr Ayyamuthu treated my broken radius with great clarity, reassuring assuredness, humour, evident skill, and good management in ensuring the rapid processing of x-rays. I felt complete confidence in his diagnosis, treatment and care. May I also say that the manner, demeanour and professionalism of other staff in A&E this afternoon (2.3.13): Nurse Forde, who gave the initial treatment, Gary - who applied the cast, and your receptionist, who booked the outpatient appointment, were all understanding, efficient and sensitive. Frankly, this experience gave me a new view of A&E services: as an oboist who relies absolutely on the strength and manoeuvrability of my right wrist, am VERY grateful. Juliet Rickard
