I developed a kidney stone problem and I consulted Mr. Dasgupta. I found him to ve very knowledgeable, attentive, swift in evaluating treatment options and his final decision and treatment were very impressive considering I have worked in the Urology sector in the past. He is very compassionate and caring even though I was an NHS patient and provided personal contact at every stage of my surgery and detailed follow-up. He is clearly very accomplished at his field, of great value to the patients needing his expertise and a great asset for the institutions he works for!

As a GP, I just spoke to Mr Dasgupta regarding a NHS patient under our care. Normally we struggle to speak to any consultant and I was stunned by how well he handled it. He quickly understood the issues and was able to understand the situation from both a hospital and GP (commmunity) perspective. He remained calm and put the patient's care first. On this basis, I would really recommend this specialist and his wider thinking/approach.

Very pleasant but it took 6 weeks to get my letter from him following my outpatient appointment. 6 weeks for a letter..!!
