I do not believe my care could have been any better. At the consultation for my cataract operation, Mr Muniraju explained exactly what was involved in the examination of the cataract, operation and after-care. I was nervous about the operation but he advised me exactly what to do to help with this. As advised, the operation was totally pain-free and I did not even realise it was complete until advised. The operation has been a complete success and has fully restored the sight in my eye.
The operation was amazing. I did not feel as though I had been touched.
He was gentle and kind before and during the operation. He made me feel at ease and I had a lot of confidence in him.
I didn't feel like "just another patient" is the best I can say, and I honestly cannot think of any way the care I received could be improved upon. The whole experience was efficient, prompt, helpful and faultless, both in terms of the hospital administration and especially from Mr Muniraju himself.
Thank you very much to all concerned.
This is the second cataract operation I have had both carried out by Mr Muniraju. I found him to be a most courteous gentleman, explaining the procedure and in no way did I feel at all anxious about the operations. I would recommend Mr Muniraju to anyone needing a cataract operation.
