I first met with Mr Malhotra about 5 years ago as I wanted to find out more about lower eyelid surgery and he was very clear with me about what he could do/achieve. I decided to wait as I was too worried about having such a procedure at the time. I had another meeting about two years later but again didn't feel quite ready. I finally decided in September 2014 to go ahead and had the surgery in December. I think Mr Malhotra managed my expectations well and overall I'm pleased with the result. In an ideal world I probably would have hoped for a slightly bigger improvement, but at the same time, what was done has a natural look about it, which was important to me. During and just after surgery I felt as if I was in safe hands. Mr Malhotra was proactive in making sure that I was comfortable and always quick to respond to any immediate concerns during my recovery period.
