Mr Rajesh Nair, was a very caring and professional doctor. He has a very positive and relaxed manner that installs you with confidence. He used clear language to explain my medical procedure. Having gone to Mr Nair to investigate some kidney pains I was experiencing, he set about finding the source of this pain. From start to finish he was friendly, informative and efficient. I couldn’t have felt more at ease throughout and Mr Nair was constantly keeping me up to speed with next steps, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. He went over above to check any other potential issues I may be experiencing and actually found something that potentially could have been more serious. He was able to investigate and rule this out super quickly, for which I am very grateful. Thank you so much Mr Nair for your help throughout.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received from mr nair, johnno and the rest of the team at Guys. It was first class. I was seen quickly, the face to face communication was clear and conveyed with care. The operation was a great success and my follow up care has been prompt and handled very well by all concerned. I know the NHS attracts a lot of criticism. What I experienced was a group of hard working talented people doing the very best they can within a huge organisation that is not always as joined up as it should be. The one area that could be improved is the support that I received from my GP practice. This was largely absent throughout the process.

I recently had robotic radical prostatectomy surgery performed by Mr Nair. He is an amazing surgeon as well as a very personable consultant. He took the time to go through all the options with me once I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer following the tests he sent me for. He answered all my questions in person as well as more questions via phone calls & emails. His whole team were amazing including the anaesthetists & nurses at HCA Guys Cancer Centre then the nurses for the aftercare appointments as well as his secretaries, front of house & catering staff. I never had any pain which is great testament to the fantastic treatment I received.
