The whole experience was first class. I cannot fault anything at all. Mr Tailor is clearly a leader in his field and I felt totally confident in his care. He took time to listen to every concern I raised and he addressed them with clarity and reassurance. He seemed genuinely delighted at the very positive outcomes in my case. The surgery itself, in both cases, were smooth and calming experiences (I'm sure sedation will be responsible for some of that!). Post treatment instructions were clear and post-op appointments were reassuring experiences both times, mainly due to Mr Tailor's genuinely caring approach. The results of my surgeries were fantastic, so huge thanks to Mr Tailor and the people who support him at The Manor.
