After having had a upsetting experience with a septorhinoplasty in 2018 I was left with a larger deformity and big regrets as I was worse than what I was before. Not only did this affect me physically but also mentally. I knew going forward that I would require a revision but I did not know who to trust and who to turn to. Thankfully in June 2020 I met Mr Bhalla. Mr Bhalla made me feel at ease, he listened to everything I had to say, he is compassionate, professionally confident, and friendly. He is easy to talk with and explains in detail what he feels he can do to help you. I knew within the first few seconds of meeting Mr Bhalla how I only wanted to be treated by him. It was very simple and easy to book my surgery and Mr Bhalla’s PA kept me informed of everything and any questions I had were always replied to with a quick response. I had my surgery in July 2020, I am excited to see my results as the year goes on. I highly recommend Mr Bhalla and will be doing to all my family and friends, the entire process was very positive and relaxed experience.

Mr Bhalla assisted with my Skull base surgery in March 2019, I first met him on the morning of my op and he was so caring and made me feel at ease. He as a great personality and a really good bedside manner. He came to seem me very day whilst I was in hospital and done all my follow up appointments since. He is very thorough and answer any questions I have honestly and really reassures me. If anybosy has to have an op by him then they have no reason to worry as he will make sure you are at ease.

I recently had endoscopic skull base surgery at Salford Royal. Mr Bhalla and his team have been very caring and professional. The team are contactable for any problems or queries I had which in turn makes you feel that you're not on your own. The surgery was successful and luckily no complications, I am very grateful that this procedure was available for me

Mr Bhalla is a brilliant surgeon, he did a skull base procedure enabelling my brain tumour to be removed via my nasal passages. This type of surgery is highly skilled and there is not many surgeons in Britain able to do this surgery as yet. I am so grateful to him and fortunate to have found him and Salford Royal. But I have one complaint to make of him, his after care is wanting. He is a lovely person but needs to listen to his patients concerns without thinking they are being neurotic. I developed a sinus infection a couple of months after surgery which is quite common after this procedure but very unpleasant, but he brushed it off as nothing and said I did not need antibiotics. My Gp was cocerned and advised I pay privatly for a second opinion from another specialist, which I did. He found infection was present and put me on a months medication which nearly cleared it and my GP put me on a further months of antibiotics which finally did clear it and life was back to normal. He's a great surgeon though and would not hesitate to to recommend him.
