Doctor Dwived was very welcoming and friendly. He listened patiently followed by clear questions. He explained the process that he wanted to do. He also, with absolut care did. his examinations. Through the process he kept going with explanations and keeping me comfortable and aware. His finding and offered treatment was same as the private specialist that I had. I was very happy with his professionalism and highly recommend him.

After my voice became hoarse for around 6 months, i became worried and concerned what was going on. Mr Raghav Dwivedi saw me for an appointment and after examining my throat, he gave me a clear and thorough explanation for why i had lost my voice, which he explained well and listened carefully to any questions or comments I had to make. Thanks to Raghav, I could leave the hospital well informed and no longer anxious about what was going on with my voice, in a good positive mood too. So thank you Mr Raghav Dwivedi for being so calm, well humoured and concise with me!

I found Mr. Dwivedi very caring and sympathetic and could not ask for a better Consultant. I have been suffering with swear ear pain for over three weeks. Mr. Dwivedi listened to my problems very patiently, examined me thoroughly and explained in details the problems I had. He did not rushed me through in any way and I would recommend him very highly.

I saw Dr Dwivedi for recurrent pain in my throat and ear. He was fantastic. He listened to my list of symptoms and looked at my ears nose and throat and then sat down for about 15-20 min and went through my diagnosis (silent reflux). With that diagnosis he explained all of my symptoms drawing diagrams of the anatomy and explaining very clearly what the problem was. You can see he is a wonderful teacher and I felt so good leaving the appointment. I get nervous when I see doctors and he put me at ease very quickly. I would even say I had fun learning about anatomy. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Having noticed some neck lumps, I went through further investigations and I found out that I was affected by thyroid cancer. Doctor Dwivedi followed me from the very beginning and organized for me a total thyroidectomy and bilateral neck dissection. He kept following me after the surgery showing great care. The cancer is completely gone now. I will always be grateful. My biggest thanks to doctor Dwivedi.
