I saw Mr Dwivedi for a tonsil issue which he diagnosed as a mucus retention cyst. He also provided advice for silent reflux. He set my mind at rest and I am happy with the quality of care and advice I received.

Dr Dwivedi did the correct diagnostic of my condition but more important he did a wonderful job explaining the whole situation - symptoms, treatment and length of recovery.

Mr Dwivedi was thorough and explained everything very well. I was referred with pulsatile tinnitus, which in his investigations he put down to a likely infection. However, he did spot the signs of a suspected cholesteatoma and a connected hearing issue. He referred me to another surgeon who has a particular specialism in ears who has since confirmed that diagnosis and will perform surgery. Without Mr Dwivedi taking the time to thoroughly investigate my initial complaint there is a very good chance that this would not have been spotted, and in the coming years I may have ended up losing my hearing or worse.

I saw Mr Dwivedi several times this year due to a recurring and severe ear infection. He was very patient and spent some time investigating other potentially related symptoms to come up with a full diagnosis involving a fungal ear infection, silent reflux, a deviated septum and an allergy report. The whole process with him was very professional and pleasant and he went into great detail to carefully explain each issue with diagrams where helpful. I would highly recommend Mr Dwivedi as an ENT consultant.

Dr Dwivedi provided me with excellent care in treating and managing my exostosis and clearing my blocked ear of wax. Dr Dwivedi has a great sense of humour and made the experience pleasant, straightforward and educational. There is nothing else that Dr Dwivedi could have done to improve my experience.
