I was admitted into the Sussex County Hospital after breaking my neck in a fall. I was under the care of Mr Al-Mahfoudh. He was very professional and made me feel at ease and totally confident in him. He came and explained the operation I needed to have because the break was unstable. He spoke to me as if he had known me a long time and not just being a surgeon doing his job and he was very jovial which all helped to relax me. I cannot thank this man enough for what he did for me as without his expertise I could have ended up paralysed . Thank you Mr. Mahfoudh I am eternally grateful to you. K. Martin
