I recently had a L4/L5 microdiscectomy at Brighton Nuffield Hospital after a herniated disc had worsened over recent months progressing to pain down both legs. I had been extremely nervous about having an operation and Mr Al-Mahfoudh and his secretary Isabella helped to answer my questions and concerns. Mr Al-Mahfoudh even called to check up on me one morning when my symptoms had reached a peak and I was extremely concerned. I've been very happy with my recovery so far and the results of the surgery. I was up and about the next day with my pain gone and I'm getting stronger and stronger each day. Stronger than I've been in ages. Thank God there are talented and caring surgeons such as Mr Al-Mahfoudh. I feel extremely lucky to have found him. I would recommend him to anybody considering surgery or even wanting advice on their condition. Thank you! Robyn
