Mr Al-Mahfoudh and his assistant Isabella Fiore-Brown made the whole process as smooth as possible. His professional and reassuring manner put me at ease from the first meeting.
From the consultant to the hospital to the anaesthetist to the nursing staff and everyone else involved, I felt in good hands.
I cannot praise Mr Al-Mahfoudh highly enough.
