In June 2017 a different surgeon performed an L2 to pelvis posterior instrumented fusion and decompression of L4 to S1. This failed to unite leaving me in considerable pain and unable to stand. The operating surgeon and the surgeon he referred me to, could not /didn't know how to correct the failed surgery. I was fortunate enough to see Mr Annis. He quickly identified the problem, discussed options and risks. We had the revision surgery in November 2018. I am no longer in pain, I can actually stand up again and have started walking again, first time in 18 months. Thank you Mr Annis.
