Mr Chitsabesan treated me like an individual with my own experiences of my condition, rather than just another patient with text book symptoms. He based his judgements on my personal experiences, rather than merely following basic guideline questions. He was professional throughout and ensured that I fully understood everything by using both scan photographs and diagrams. I felt like I had received an expert opinion by somebody who’s main goal was to provide me with the best care possible for the specific issues stemming from my condition.
