I had my breast implants changed recently with Mr Turton, he also did them initially many years ago. I knew that I would receive great care again, which I did. He has a wealth of experience and I couldn’t have wished for it to go any better.. He made me feel at ease the whole time Would most definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much!

I went to see Mr Turton having recently found out I carried a BRCA2 mutation putting me at very high risk of developing breast cancer. I was initially very scared and upset when my genetic test result came back positive but knew that preventative surgery was the route I wanted to take to reduce my risk. Mr Turton was incredibly kind and patient, answering my many, many questions and explaining what surgery he would recommend, which really helped to allay my fears. I'd never had surgery before but he made me feel so much more confident that the decision I was making was the right one. I underwent a nipple saving double mastectomy with immediate implant reconstruction and I am 100% happy that I had the operation. The day of the surgery was much less daunting than I thought it would be and everyone in the team at St James's did their best to put me at ease. My recovery was straightforward and I'm delighted that I can now enjoy an active lifestyle like I did before. Most importantly, I know that my cancer risk has been significantly reduced. I'd like to thank Mr Turton for his skill and expertise. I am delighted with the results which look really natural and totally in proportion - better that I ever imagined! I'm so thankful for having this operation and for the excellent care I received from all team.

Mr Turton looked after me when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He is not only a brilliant surgeon but also a very kind and caring man who exhibits utmost professionalism. I simply cannot thank him enough.

Mr Turton was fantastic throughout both the decision making process and surgery itself. He is the consummate professional who I felt instantly comfortable with & trusted his knowledge and expertise. I am very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend him. My scars are barely visible already!

Couldn’t recommend Philip Turton anymore, from the moment I booked a consultation with him I knew he was the consultant for me. He took me through everything I needed to know ie the 3D images of what they was going to look like, any questions and concerns I was worried about he happy to help me. On the day on the surgery I was very worried as I’ve never been put to sleep before. But he very calm with me and I knew I was in safe hands. Thank you so much you’ve changed my life!
