Taken into consultation early - which was a first! Polite, attentive and listening to my case. Had obviously read my notes. Provided sound advice and leaflets for further reading and background information. Consultation was very quick, so perhaps a little more time would have been appreciated, however cannot say it was not relevant.

Mr Petros Tsafrakidis extended a friendly, warm welcome. He was positive, direct, and clear when explaining why he had called me to this post surgery consultancy. Being satisfied with my answers to his most relevant questions, he explained that there was no longer any need for me to be his patient. Kindly and genuinely he wished me well as we shook hands in parting, leaving me with positive feelings about him in particular, and the NHS in general.

Petros was very understanding of my partners problem and was very good at explaining the options available in terms we would understand. We left being fully informed of what the next steps were. We now feel very positive and happy that we know there is a plan in place. Thank you

The doctor made you feel very relaxed and listened to what i had to say. He made it easy to understand what the symptoms were and how they are going to be treated.

I had issue with urine flow and pain with bleeding. Petrol suggested surgery. Which seemed to be best option. Surgery took two operations with time in between for healing. Surgery went well literally no pain from op site and healed relatively quickly. Operation was Metaplasty basically urethra of oenis cut open and a graph from inside cheek attached. This was then closed on second op giving better flow and larger channel.
