Absolute gentleman, his examination, and diagnosis were both thorough and really well explained. Once it became clear that surgery to my spine was required Mr, Loughenbury was caring and reassuring during his explanation of the procedure, frank and honest about chances and potential side effects to make sure i had all the information i needed my decision. once i made the call to proceed the whole team kicked in to swiftly arrange the surgery, Mr. Loughenbury was there pre-op to just double check i was ok and at no time did i feel rushed or pushed to proceed. post-op and back in my room he came in to explain that all had gone according to plan. within a week i was feeling all the benefits and 4 weeks down the line i am nearing 100%, fabulous service and care with 3 more check ups over the coming 12 months.
