I had an appointment with Dr Baldwin to go over my MRI results. I had the MRI in another country; I only had the CD and the notes I translated into English myself. Dr Baldwin made all the effort to see the MRI views. He took his time to explain the health issue; he was cautiously optimistic throughout the process. When I mentioned to him that I had other test results, Dr Baldwin went beyond my expectations and took time to review the additional test results. He identified some other health problems that need to be addressed. He ensured that I was being heard and that my concerns were covered. I left his office with no questions in my mind!
