This man expected me to give him permission, in a conversation "over the phone," and without any in-person consult to cut into my spine to correct a nerve problem. Furthermore, after booking an appointment to meet this doctor for an appropriate consult, he did not have the respect to show-up, sending one of his lackeys to do his job for him. Not in a thousands lifetimes would I give any person I have not met permission to cut into my body.
I am so appalled and disgusted by the NHS service I have abandoned have the operation completely.
