Mr Statham was my 1st neurosurgeon at WGH he had an LP shunt put in me. Which in hindsight should have been a VP shunt.
Surgery was a success sor all of a few weeks, then I was re admitted as the port had flipped. Then a few weeks later as the shunt needed extending.
One thing that runs in comman with neurosurgeons at WGH is once things go wrong they either disappear without a word (Mr Statham) and transfer to another colleague or go down the famous WGH route of ignoring you.
