I have worked with Paras Jethwa for three years now. He's a top geezer, but very easy to get on with, a good laugh and a great surgeon.

I was referred to Mr Jethwa for a hernia operation. At the pre-operation consultation he took time to discuss and explain the planned procedure and arrange the date for surgery. On the day of the surgery I can't praise Mr Jethwa and the whole team enough for their professionalism and care from arrival, through to the operation, recovery and my departure later that day. Post-operation has been extremely smooth, walking around the next day with minimal discomfort, and I continue to be delighted with the whole process and speed of recovery. I would definitely recommend Mr Jethwa, the laparoscopic approach to hernia repair and, in fact, the whole support team at Gatwick Park to anyone needing similar surgery.

my 17 year old daughter was under Paras' care for a digestive disorder - as parent it was difficult to not to be worried about your child undergoing significant surgery but I had complete faith in Paras - he conferred several times with the gastroenterologist and explained everything fully in understandable medical terms - he clearly set out the risks and benefits and encouraged my daughter make the right decision for her. His in-hospital care was outstanding as was his post-operative care and responsiveness to emails

Mr Jethwa carried out a laparoscopic procedure on me in early August 2014. During pre-operative consultations, Mr Jetwa provided clear explanations of the surgical procedure, answered all of my questions fully and took care to put me at my ease. He was equally attentive when we met at hospital on the day of the operation, and again in the post-operative period, visiting me as I recovered at hospital and responding promptly by email to my queries once I had returned home. The operation was a success. I found Mr Jethwa to be professional, personable and reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Jethwa.

Mr Jethwa explained my procedure to me carefully and checked to see if I had understood. I had an excellent result from surgery and Mr Jethwa saw me afterwards to check my progress. I would be happy to recommend him to any prospective patient.
