My gratitude to Mr Jaiswal, simply won’t fit in words. After months of pain and discomfort in my leg , following a motorbike accident with titanium placement around my Tibia bone and consequent infections, not only I had almost given up on walking normally for the rest of my life, but the agony of relying on strongest daily pain killers had become my nightly nightmare. Having seen many doctors with multiple opinions, I was finally referred to Mr Jaiswal by my GP. As he arrived in his clinic at Royal Free Hospital to see me for the first time, he placed a truly comforting and confident energy in the room. His calm, positive and attentive attitude together with his competent and skillful professional manners woke up the hopes of walking normally again. Mr Jaiswal asked me if I can admit myself to the hospital immediately and he did the surgical operation on my leg within a couple of days to remove to metal pieces and subsequently treat the infected area, with full after care in the same kind and professional manner. 2 weeks after the surgery and I am walking normally with full weigh on my legs. This is like a dream having come true. There are some people I regard to whom as angels and I remain grateful to them for the rest of my life .Mr Jaiswal is certainly one of them. Thank you

Excellent diagnosis of ruptured QT following ultasound scan. The ruptyre was initially missed by Amblance and Accident and emergency , despite following protacol. Surgery organised promtly and carried out by Mr. A. Patel. no complications . So glad Mr. Parag Jaiswal called me in for further consultation. Surgery was a day after the diagnosis in day surgery with overnight stay. Pre and post op staff were excellent.

I was referred to Mr Jaiswal at May Day Hospital following a referral from my GP. Visiting hospitals always makes me apprehensive and in this case when it could possibly be for surgery even more so. On the initial meeting with Mr Jaiswal l immediately felt calm and at ease. He explained the procedure l would need which was a total hip relplacement. I was most impressed when he drew a diagram to make sure l fully understood the procedure. He listened and answered my questions with patience and did not make me feel rushed. After my operation he came to see me and to say all had gone well. My next meeting was in the outpatients department. He requested an X-ray before my appointment which saved time. He again did not rush me was interested to know about my progress and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for better care and attention and in times of cut backs it is reassuring to know that patients are still looked at in an holistic way. Thank you.
