I had ACDF surgery on the 17th March 2021. I have been under the care of this doctor for many years. He’s a very passionate and patient surgeon and I am now in week 3 post op and although it can get very uncomfortable he saved me from loosing my right arm in the future. Surgery not only a success the NHS staff from start to finish whilst I stayed was amazing clean and comfortable. Thank you NHS

I have been under Mr garcia-casas care since 2017 due to 2 recurrent herniations of l5-s1 discs. On every occasion that I have seen Oscar he has shown compassion, understanding, patience and a high degree on professionalism. It is clear that he is respected by everyone that he works with which is an indication of how he treats everyone including colleagues and his patients. Would most definitely recommend.

I am a 41 year old female,I had a lumbar laminectomy of L5 S1 in January of 2017 after 6 months of increasing pain and finally loss of reflexes, numbness and pins and needles particularly in my right leg. I was unable to stand or walk for any length of time without severe pain. I'm so thankful to say that Mr Oscar Garcia Casas was my Orthopedics’s surgeon. He was listening to me and made me feel important. He explained all procedures very carefully to me and gave me a lots of choices.Mr Casas ‘s and his assistant Miss Borislava Trosheva were amazing ,and the support I received from them during this difficult time was outstanding. After my operation: I immediately noticed a decrease in pain after my opp and have no pain left, and only needed painkillers for a couple of days after surgery. Immediately after surgery I was back to walking upright. The numbness and tingling in my right leg was completely gone! I was up and walking around the hospital within 8 hours after surgery. I was discharged from the hospital 16 hours after surgery. I went back to work few months after surgery with some small restrictions. I am more than pleased with the results. My sciatic pain is completely gone. I still have some muscle soreness and cramps at times, when doing repetitive movements, which is to be expected but no need of painkillers. I am very happy with my results so far.I would highly recommend Mr Oscar Garcia Casas (and Miss Trosheva ).Thank you so much , it feels great to be pain-free!Silviya Giffin
