Mr Casas made me feel totally at ease when explaining my spinal problem and issues concerning the outcome on various treatments if needed at some point. He made time for me to understand aspects of my spinal issues. I left the Hospital with a confidence that he was concerned of my future if my condition worsened. And to contact him if it did occur.
