From the first phonecall Dr Al Taan had a friendly and approachable manner and answered every question I had with ease which already made me comfortable with my journey ahead.
I organised a face to face consultation where he explained everything with patience and answered all the many questions myself and my husband had. I was convinced this was the best decision for me.
On the day of surgery he warmly greeted me which again made me feel safe to be in his and his team hands.The morning after the surgery he came to to see me again to ensure I was doing well and explained what the next few days/weeks/months/year had in store.
He always reassured me that he was at my disposal and happy to help at any time. I cannot recommend Mr Al Taan and the team enough. I am so happy with the results and looking forward to my healthier future. Thank you
