From consultation through to surgery to seeing me after after surgery Mr Al-Taan was completely knowledgable, professional and I felt I could completely trust in him. I am almost 3 weeks post surgery and have not had any issues and I continue to recover very well. The only constructive suggestion I have is I didn't see Mr Al-Taan as I went into theatre and was put under anaesthetic and it would have been nice too. However the theatre team were fantastic and I didn't really feel nervous of the procedure ahead of me.

From the first phonecall Dr Al Taan had a friendly and approachable manner and answered every question I had with ease which already made me comfortable with my journey ahead. I organised a face to face consultation where he explained everything with patience and answered all the many questions myself and my husband had. I was convinced this was the best decision for me. On the day of surgery he warmly greeted me which again made me feel safe to be in his and his team hands.The morning after the surgery he came to to see me again to ensure I was doing well and explained what the next few days/weeks/months/year had in store. He always reassured me that he was at my disposal and happy to help at any time. I cannot recommend Mr Al Taan and the team enough. I am so happy with the results and looking forward to my healthier future. Thank you

From the first consultation on the phone to meeting him on my day of surgery, I continued to feel very comfortable with Mr Al-Taan, and he ensured me that he would take very good care of me. The op team and nurses were all really amazing and I was impressed that Mr Al-Taan came to visit me for every day for the 2 x nights I spent in hospital. Hoping that everything will go well as it should when I get home, Mr Al-Taan made me promise that I would contact him immediately if something wasn’t right...again this filled me with confidence. I could not recommend Mr Al-Taan highly enough, as well as all of the extremely competent and friendly team at Tonic and I look forward to getting the right results with all this team behind me.

Mr Al-Taan was very polite, informative and fully answered any question I had. The wound I was left with after the operation gave me next to no problems and no real pain so taking all that into account I would say he is a very skilled surgeon.
