I had an initial consultation when I had been suffering with very painful periods and ovarian pain. Mr D was very insensitive and did not listen to my concerns, instead just stating I needed to have surgery to find out what's happening and did not talk through what it could be or if there were any other options available. I was frightened at the prospect of surgery and he was very blaze about the whole thing. He was texting on his phone whilst I was explaining my symptoms and when I asked him questions he said I should go home and google them! Needless to say I never returned to his care.
