Mr Cassell is a true gentleman. He was kind, considerate, understanding and listened to me. He explained everything in depth and gave me time to ask questions. I never felt rushed and he was empathic to me with my extreme body shyness. The surgery went extremely well and I am thrilled with the results. My confidence is better than it has ever been and I am actually becoming less shy now rather than having to act that I am a confident person. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely man and his team.
