Mr Bowes kindly took me under his care to address the degradation of sight in my right eye caused by a cataract. The procedure was carried out without fuss and went very smoothly. Thanks to Mr Bowes I now have perfect vision restored to my eye. I feel extremely fortunate and privileged to have been referred to Mr Bowes. He is undoubtedly a leader in his field of practice and very amiable, caring and understanding of patients' needs. I genuinely could not be more happy.

Mr Bowes gave me at all times, the reassurance and confidence that a patient requires. During the initial consultation, Mr Bowes explained everything in a clear manner that I could understand. He also explained the possible problems during and after the operations but I was not at all concerned as his manner put me at ease. During the two successful operations, Mr Bowes once again continued to put me at ease. I have already recommended Mr Bowes to a couple of friends who appear to need cataract surgery in the near future.

One of the most professional and caring Doctors I’ve seen. Could not have been treated better and always available to answer any questions. Although an NHS patient at the Holly, he also saw me at Queens Hodpital when necessary.
