I had a total hip replacement at the end of January 2020. I could not have been more impressed with the treatment I received at Goring Hall. Everyone I encountered there were very professional and could not have been more helpful. Surgeon , anaesthetists , nurses , physios , secretaries , admin and catering. Mr.Shah is obviously an excellent surgeon , his record proves this but what is equally impressive is his communication skills. He takes the time to explain details and allay any concerns in a calm reassuring way. As a patient this is invaluable. Consultations and appointments were arranged promptly by Rhonda who is very efficient and has a lovely telephone manner. As I write this review on 25/8/20 I have resumed my table tennis career and will once again be competing at world and European tournaments when COVID 19 is under control. Thank you so much.
