Mr Richardson was both courteous and informative when I saw him with my wife and daughter. We were a little anxious about my forthcoming operation and he put us at our ease and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand I felt confident that he would make sure everything would go as well as possible.

Mr Richardson and his team have been totally dedicated to my care since last May. I had an extremely rare condition and he researched as much as he could and kept me and my family fully informed of his findings. He always found the time to come and see me while I was in hospital and also asked to speak to my wife before deciding to operate. He is an excellent surgeon and doctor but also easy to relate to, often quite rare in a Consultant. I would trust him explicitly. He also speaks to you in terms that are easy to understand for a non-medical person, such as myself.

I was made to feel at home straight away by Mr. Richardson and his nurse. He was very aware of previous treatments even though I had not seen him before. He exuded confidence in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. He explained what the condition might be and the proceedure he would carry out which was done with the minimum of fuss but full of kindness. He suggested a follow up proceedure which was booked for a week later(most efficient) Mr Richardson just displayed class.
