I cannot recommend Dr De’Liguori Carino enough, I was referred to him by another speciality & was seen promptly within 2 weeks. I had an informative consultation and then laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Dr De’Liguori Carino was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and also made me feel comfortable for my first operation. I have since had a follow up, I’m extremely happy and pain free. Thank you! You’ve changed my life!

Nicola De' Liguori Carino carried out my gallbladder surgery at the Highfield Hospital in Rochdale. The operation had complications and was carried out to perfection. He is extremely calm in his manner and has a very reassuring approach. He was recommended to me by another consultant as his work history shows an extremely skilled surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicola De' Liguori Carino, his aftercare and follow up was thorough and extremely professional and I am relieved that I was under his care for the operation. I cannot think of one improvement required from him that could give even greater care. He is a surgeon that is passionate about what he does and cares that you have the best treatment.

Dr De'Liguori Carino carried out my hernia operation at The Highfield Hospital earlier this year. The initial consultation was informatiive and procedure was explained clearly, providing real peace of mind. On the day of the procedure, Dr De'Liguori Carino and his team made sure i was as relaxed as possible, again taking the time to explain the operation and the recovery process. Special mention to the lad who was assisting the anesthetist who again made sure the experince was as stress free as possible. Post op care was supurb and the recovery process was very straight forward. Can't praise enough. Thank you.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on the 29th Dec 2022, after experiencing severe jaundice, itching & dark urine. I had a Ct scan & Stent put in my liver as the bile duct was blocked & then i was referred under the care of doctor Nicola De' Liguori Carino who said the amazing news he could operate. I had my whipple surgery on 13th Feb 2023 and was in hospital 2 weeks & 6 days & am now recovering at home. I saw Dr Liguori Carino on Tues 11th April for a follow up & he informed me he'd got all the tumour & it hadn't spread, but he still wants me to have 6 months of chemotherapy as an extra precaution, which I will be starting in the next week or so. I can't thank this amazing surgeon enough for everything he has done & would 100% recommend him. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care.
