From my first appointment with Mr. Nick Little I found him to be very friendly, polite and down to earth. He put me as ease and explained the operation in great detail. He's done an excellent job on my shoulder and as a result after 3 months I now have almost full use of my left shoulder and arm and assured it will continue over the next few weeks.

Last year my left shoulder was hurting quite a bit and I had only 40-50% range of movement with little strength. Mr Nick Little explained that it was due osteoarthritis and suggested a total joint replacement. He said this would give me about 80% range with much improved strength. He was very friendly and took his time to explain all. The facility in Epsom Hospital is called SWLEOC, (South west London Elective Orthopaedic Centre), it is state-of-the art and the medical staff are great - they all took the time to explain the various procedures and I had total confidence in both the surgeon Nick and his team. The operation was in August, I stayed in overnight, all went very well. I've had follow-up appointments with X-rays, of course. I went for physiotherapy at Leatherhead hospital. This was essential to rebuild my shoulder strength, the physiotherapist was very encouraging and every couple of months gave me different exercises to do at home - these have been key to the great improvement I've experienced. This week (about 6 months on from the op) I saw Nick for an assessment and he was very pleased and discharged me. I reckon I've got close to 100% range of movement and about 80% of my strength back, I can swim properly again and do gardening & jobs around the house. It's been a terrific success! I continue with the daily exercises as they're part of my routine now, I feel I'll get close to 100% of my old strength back. Mr Little and his team were amazing. I was treated with total respect, listed too and felt that after years of suffering I was at last going to get some relief. The day of the operation I felt quite at ease and relaxed knowing i was in great hands. The operation went really well, I was cared for by excellent staff and kept all day as i had a terrible migraine which may have been as a result from the anaesthetic which was addressed straight away. Mr Little came and saw me personally before i left the hospital to check i was ok and to explain what had happened during the operation and the changes that had been made since our original consultation. I had great follow up with physio and after a slight issue with removal of stitches I was seen by Mr Little's second in command who is also lovely. I am still having physio but have seen Mr Little and been signed off. I am really happy with the whole service i have received and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else I would like to say a big THANK YOU

Nick Little is a very approachable doctor. He explained everything fully, gave me all the options for immediate and ongoing treatment. He was realistic in his prognosis rather than getting hopes too high. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Little.

Following traumatic left shoulder dislocation April 1st, Mr. Little advised me that rotator cuff repair was recommended in order that I had a chance to return to my usual activities. Took place June 7th at Epsom Hospital utilising keyhole surgery. Each and every member of Mr. Little's team treated me with kindness, care and respect. Although it was an event that I wouldn't want to repeat, the entire team were great to deal with from start to finish and beyond, including physiotherapy and advice following surgery. Mr. Little clearly cares about his patients and his surgery skills are, in my opinion, incredibly impressive. Thanks to him and his team I'm confident that I shall soon be able to resume my normal physically demanding schedule. A massive thankyou to Doctor Nick Little and his team for an outstanding job! I consider myself very lucky to have been treated by them all.
