I was/am very happy with the outcome of my shoulder surgery and, the prior consultations with Nick Little and his Team. I was kept fully informed throughout, and engaged in the decisions, although I believe that ultimately the surgery required was perhaps more extensive than originally envisaged. My only criticism would concern surgery day and post surgery hospital administration. Originally I was to report for surgery at 12 mid-day (29/01/20). With less than 24hrs notice, this was then changed to 7am. I duly reported to the surgical unit at 7am, only to be told that I had been rescheduled back to 12 mid-day. My post surgery home arrangements had not been previously established, and it was therefore deemed necessary to place me on a Ward for two nights. I did not see Nick Little at discharge (31/01/20). Notwithstanding, I was very impressed with the urgency and speed with which consultations, x-rays, blood tests and MRI's were expedited. Thank you
