I am an 85 year old woman. I received a reverse shoulder operation. After following the exercises recommended, I am extremely pleased with the mobility I have. The scar from the operation is almost invisible. I couldn’t have had a better surgeon and I would recommend him 100 per cent. Betty Hilton.
