After coming out of ICU... I couldn't walk or do anything because my muscles were weak and I was afraid...when me Nicholas came for ward round.he motivated me and encouraged me that I could do all I was afraid of...that was the first day I got off from bed in a long while...secondly Mr Nicholas took great care of me during my reversal of Ileostomy..I was impressed by his kind gesture s.

I was treated with the utmost care throughout my experience of surgery . I found Mr Stylianides explained everything with care and understanding . He took time to listen and was easy to talk to . Has the ability to make you feel as relaxed as possible . He took the time to phone my husband and let him know the surgery had gone to plan I thought that was really caring after hours spent in theatre . My follow up has been really positive and I can only add that I would recommend Mr Stylianides and his team at MRI .

I was rushed into Manchester Royal infirmary with Diverticular disease and suggested colovesical fistula. The diseased part of the bowel was removed and a stoma created. Dr Stylianides operated on me on the 30/10/2023, Dr Stylianides took time to explain everything about the operation and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and he really put me at ease. The operation was a success and I am recovering well. Dr Stylianides came to see me every day whilst I was in hospital which gave me reassurance. His expertise, professionalism and level of care was above and beyond. I have had a follow up appointment with Dr Stylianides on the 28/11/2023 which was arranged with in days of me leaving hospital and he is happy with my progress. For ever grateful and 100% satisfied with Dr Stylianides.
