Polite and friendly. I had my first appt with this doctor today. I chose him myself from a wide range of options. I wanted the absolute best for reflux matters. He was extremely thorough in his pre-operative testing, and explained the procedures open to me in great detail. I am very nervous about having surgery, and I feel like I'm in good hands. His secretary, Karen, is also really nice and very responsive.
