From the first day we met Mr Roberts he put us at ease. He went through everything that needed doing and how he was going to do it. He is brilliant Dr and I hope he knows how great he is. If there was any criticism I would tell you but there wasn't he is a calm and brilliant Dr. I hope that if you are reading this because you need an operation you get to have Mr Roberts!!!!!
To Neil thank you so much for everything you have done you're an amazing person!!!!
