Mr Coombs provided me with great care. He is a very calming person to deal with. He provides you with clear information in a very reassuring way. He was happy to answer any questions. On the day of my surgery he was friendly and helpful - talking me through the treatment and consent carefully - even though we had previously covered it all, and there were no surprises. The surgery itself was excellent, with a better visible outcome than I expected (breast surgery). I was in and out in a day which during cancer treatment was great given how much time you spend at the hospital for everything else. I healed really well, was off painkillers surprisingly quickly, and am very pleased with the outcome.

I find Nathan very professional in his work. Caring , listening and explaining any worries I had. Any questions was answered in a caring manner . Nathan made me feel reassured about any treatment I was going to receive and after treatment during the past breast treatment. I could not ask for anyone better .

Really kind, gentle and most importantly, explained the lump in my breast, what had caused it and why it wasn't something to worry about. He explained that as I go through hormonal changes in my 30s this will settle down, which out my mind at ease immensely - thank you!

Mr Coombs’ approach was gentle and kind and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He checked that I understood everything he explained and answered all my questions, giving me all the time I needed. He was very reassuring and I felt in safe hands before and after the surgery.

My mother was seen on time. Mr Coombs spent time explaining how her treatment was progressing and discussing minor changes to her prescription. She left the appointment understanding her treatment and satisfied with the outcome.
