Mr Coombs was very attentive to what I said, and, very thorough with examination. I felt totally looked after, which is what you need when you are worried about outcomes.

He listened to me. Discussed my concerns. Appeared to be knowledgeable. Doesn't seem to be an option for breast clinic consultant which is where I saw him.

Very approachable, kind eyes, I didn't in any way feel rushed or uncomfortable. He took time to explain what my lumps were, luckily for me I had nothing to worry about, and I feel totally reassured, about that there is nothing wrong at the moment, and also, should I find any future changes, I won't need to hesitate to ask for another referral. A very positive experience, and I feel convinced that if I had cancer, I would have been getting the best medical care from a man who doesn't forget the importance of connecting on a personal level too.
