The most prominent quality I experienced with Mr Narenda Kumar Rath is his overall humanity. From this stems his ability to listen and to explain the situation and procedure in realistic terms. I have felt comfortable and informed from the first consultation through to the procedure itself and discharge home. These qualities were also reflected by the wider team and the unit itself.
Though I have no reason to do so at this stage, I’m aware that I can contact the consultant, his secretary or indeed the ward for any additional advise and support should the need arise. Knowing that option is there, is reassuring in itself.
