I was first seen by Mr Narayana Prasad due to dislocating my shoulder, he is very knowledgeable. Diagnosis was quick as was the operation that followed. Mr Prasad explained the full process of the operation and aftercare. It has now been six months after having shoulder cuff and ligament repair, all is going well. Mr Prasad is friendly and approachable and is very skilled in his chosen career. May he continue to be a blessing to people that need his assistance. God bless Mr Prasad and his team of helpers.

Mr Prasad is a brilliant surgeon; he diagnosed the issue with my shoulders straight away and prescribed the correct treatment for me. I have had both my shoulders repaired by Mr Prasad. He explained everything clearly to me so that I can make an informed decision on the best course of treatment. My shoulders are much better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Prasad to anyone with shoulder issue.

As someone who needed treatment for frozen shoulder, I found Mr Prasad to be excellent all the way from the initial consultation, the treatment, subsequent reviews and through to discharge. A person with a very friendly and calm manner. Obviously very knowledgeable in his subjects. He listens well and tailors his treatment and response to you as an individual. Also explains things very clearly. You get an overall sense a reassurance from him which is welcome when you are naturally keen to get your problem sorted. Every appointment was prompt and the whole service at BMI was efficient and welcoming. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks Mr Prasad and your team.

I was referred to fracture clinic following an accident at home lifting a big tv, which caused bicep tendon rupture. This is an unusual injury usually experienced by people who lift weights. At 54 and as a past sufferer of tendonitis from the gym I didn’t expect this to happen years on however there was clearly a remaining weakness here. At the time of the accident I was unsure if it could be repaired. Mr Prasad took this in his stride and performed a painless operative procedure followed by recovery, rehabilitation and exercise, the repair is now complete and the arm and strength are both fully functional. I was reviewed at clinic numerous times post operation and finally discharged from clinic six months post-op. I would like to thank Mr Prasad for his attention competence and confidence throughout.

I had tennis elbow and rotary cuff problems in my shoulder. Mr Prasad did both operations for me and was brilliant though out both. He reassured me that by time both ops had been done my arm would be back to normal and he was not wrong - I still have a bit of physio to complete but my arm is moving normally again. I would recommend Mr Prasad to anyone who needs his expertise. He is very friendly and explains everything to you at every stage so you fully understand what is happening.
