Mr El-Muttardi is a kind and gentle man. He was polite and also had a friendly approach. A glint of humour also peeps through now and again which puts one at ease and reminds us that these clever surgeons are human too!
Despite running late, the team at Broomfield were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Although I am yet to see the results of the surgery (I am still bandaged!) I can certainly say that Mr El-Muttardi and his team made what was a scary experience far more tolerable and a nice atmosphere.
The only downside is the time waiting for appointments but if that means we get better care - the so be it!
