Firstly, Dr Alibhai is hands down the best doctor I have ever encountered. I was referred to Dr Alibhai for a second operation on my parotid gland at royal London hospital and I must say the process itself was incredibly smooth and quick, especially during this covid period I was surprised at how well everything was so well co-ordinated. Meeting with Dr Alibhai I had my concerns and fears going into the process but he was extremely helpful in both explaining and improving my understanding of the situation as well as reassuring me with confidence. I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what he was doing and when given the option of treatment at my local hospital with another doctor or at princess grace hospital with him I chose the latter. My stay at the hospital was fantastic and the surgery went better than I expected, thank God. There were no complications, following the second operation the scaring is barely visible with no facial nerve damage which was one of my biggest concerns going into the operation. Post surgery Dr Alibhai even contacted my family himself (due to covid I wasn't allowed visitors) to let them know everything went well and he continued to check up on me throughout the process. I have never been looked after so well and would just like to give a big thank you to Dr Alibhai and his team for everything.
