I have been having 6 monthly CT scans since my operation in 2021. I have always found the consultant at my follow up appointments to be pleasant and thorough, I usually see Mr Jalil, this time it was Mr Naseem who was as thorough, pleasant and explained my last CT scan to me in detail I couldn’t ask for more.

My appointment with Mr Naseem was on time. I found him to be very clear and concise in explaining to me my condition and the pros and cons of surgery and other options available. He listened to everything I said and answered any questions I had very clearly. All in all a very satisfactory consultation.

I received every kindness and consideration at the hands of all of Mr Naseem's team, for which I'm very grateful.. (It was unfortunate that although Mr Naseem's letter to me post-consultation was typed within a week of the consultation it wasn't provided to me until I phoned the secretarial team two weeks thereafter).

My concern is regarding a letter I received - dictated but not signed to avoid delay. I had a Ct scan because of abnormal growth in my bladder. After the CT scan I received a letter saying that my Latest CT scan showed a growth in my bowel. Then goes on to say to suggest abnormality in relation to my previous colonic surgery. I haven't had any surgery yet. I phoned the secretary to ask about the letter and she said she would send a replacement letter - nothing has arrived to date. As you can imagine this is adding to my anxiety not knowing if parts of the letter do relate to me!
