Whilst business via Zoom rather then in person are always going to have pluses and minuses, consultations are going to be more so. However, we have nothing but praise for Dr Faridi and how he provided a diagnosis and support for our daughter and ourselves as parents. He was attentive and sensitive to making sure we understood what was going to happen and how we could help our daughter. Since the consultations began we have noticed an improvement in our daughter's outlook and condition for which we are very happy & grateful. We have also found Dr Faridi's support staff to be excellent. They understand what is required, and reply quickly to any queries we send having spoken to Dr Faridi where required.
