Mr Wazait is a top consultant in Urology with a specialism in PVP Green Light Laser Surgery (photovaporisation of the prostate). He performed this surgery on me recently and I am very grateful to him for offering me his exceptional care and expertise at short notice. Mr Wazait has a very reassuring manner which gave me the confidence to go ahead with this procedure which, I admit, at first sounded a little spooky. It has turned out to be 'a good operation' for me. This means that my symptoms are receding without the need for a much more invasive procedure. Mr Wazait gave me plenty of information about what was involved. His long experience in Green Light surgery meant that he could explain my current symptoms and how the procedure would work to remove them. He also understood my current plight. I had been catheterised unexpectedly for two months after another operation and had no realistic prospect of timely treatment by the NHS due to Covid 19 and lockdown. So he really came to my rescue, for which I will always be grateful. I would recommend Mr Wazait unreservedly for his expertise, his assuring manner and his personal kindness.
