I accompanies my nearly 81 year old Father to Hull Royal Eye Hospital after a very quick referral via the NHS for scans and to meet Mr Nassr. The whole team at Hospital were incredibly caring and kind to my Dad who had suffered a blurring to his vision so was quite anxious. Everyone we met had a wonderful manner with Dad and made the experience calmer than we both expected. Mr Nassr listened to my Father and explained the condition to him in a way that made sense to Dad. He has an incredibly calm and open manner which was much appreciated. Dad and I were able to ask several questions and gained a solid understanding of Dad's condition. Dad was incredibly fortunate to receive treatment almost immediately, something which we are incredibly grateful for. We are already scheduled for Dad's next treatment appointment which highlights the efficiency of the whole team including admin. So this is a big thank you message to Mr Nassr and the whole team at Hull Royal Eye Hospital who are looking after my Dad. Dad and our whole family are incredibly grateful for your knowledge, efficiency and dedication to provide the best care in such a warm and supportive way.
