It’s very difficult to know where to start this review as I feel I owe this man and his team my life. After getting over the shock with being diagnosed with lung cancer the care and compassion was second to none. On the day of my operation everything was explained to me and was really put at ease. On waking up after it had been done I only remember the professor trying to calm me down as I was really struggling with my breathing and my pain. The after care I have been shown has been brilliant as well. Thank you professor Bittar for all you did for me and to the wonderful nurses on ward 38 at Blackpool hospital.
