This is a special sincere letter relating to professor Bittar, How do I begin and will the words I use be enough to show the grattitude and appréeciation to the professor and his amazing team. Less than 12 weeks ago I was rushed to Blackpool with a 9cm aneurysm alongside other issues I was told I was a walking time bomb by the medical staff at my local hospital, once my family and i realised the seriousness of my condition we were very afraid . I was taken to extra ICU at Blackpool Victoria hospital it was there my patient journey began under the care of Professor Bittar and his amazing team .It gives me great pleasure to be under such an amazing talented most understanding and caring person who takes the time to explain the procedures what it entails and answer any questions or concerns a patient may have, when he explained what the operation consisted of he at the same time put me and my family at ease reassuring us all the way, after my operation I saw the professor every day checking all was okay and readily willing to answer any questions. I feel very honoured to be under this exceptional team !!!! Due to covid I am receiving telephone after care and for me is very reassuring knowing that the professor is still giving me patient care. Thankyou for saving my life
